Uwe Oswald - CEO

Foto Uwe OswaldUwe Oswald worked with the mainframe since 1994. He has been in charge of several mainframe software products with level 2 in the technical external work at the IBM in Mayence for a few years. Other stations in his career have been the Lufthansa systems (leader of the z/OS & z/VM system programming) and the German bank the “Deutsche Bank” (Vice president mainframe infrastructure management).

Mr. Oswald has an education as a z/OS & z/VM system programmer and works as a self-employed trainer in performance themes (WLM & RMF) for the IBM. For over 10 years he has been busy with the topic mainframe performance management and –optimization.

As the only participator and director of the company he is responsible for the zBusiness Services GmbH. Other than that he takes care of the market and the development of new ideas and technologies.

Herbert Gettert - Chief Sales Officer

Bild Herbert GettertHerbert Gettert began his career in IT as a hardware engineer for IBM Germany in the region Stuttgart / Heilbronn in the year 1979. His education to a systems technician was a perfect preparation for his later sales activities.

With his move in 1993 to Computer Associates (CA Technologies today) he starts his successful sales management career. During his work at CA Mr. Gettert was responsible for very important areas with high sales targets and related to personal responsibility. By joining Compuware, he assumed the role as Regional Sales Director mainframe Central Europe and Regional Leader (DACH) equipped with procuration. Together with his sales team he supervised all types of companies: banks, insurers, manufacturers, energy providers, public employers up to major international companies. In all its tasks, it was for Herbert Gettert always important to understand the needs of customers in order to offer the right solution variant. He has constantly refreshed and improved his knowledge of all IT levels. Herbert Gettert is member of the board and responsible for global sales and marketing strategies of our product portfolio.

Grischa Hinz – Principal Mainframe Consultant

Foto Grischa HinzAfter studying mathematics and physics, Grischa Hinz began his career in 1997 as an application developer at the Barmer Ersatzkasse. After only a few weeks, his main focus was on the Assemblers language. That was the cornerstone for his way into the z/OS systems programming area. With the founding of gkv informatik, he had a decisive influence on the system design of one of the largest mainframe environments in Europe. For more than 10 years, all customers knew their systems safely in his hands. Over the years, Grischa Hinz has accumulated a wealth of experience in all design and performance issues of highly available Parallel Sysplexes. He knows the sensitive interaction of the individual components, such as DWDM and SAN directors, and knows how to get out the maximum speed of Mainframes and the storage systems. He has brought many young specialists and students to the Mainframe and is now a popular speaker at specialist conferences.

Uwe Legenbauer - Senior Mainframe Consultant

Uwe Legenbauer started working with IBM Mainframe in 1986 at Lufthansa. He worked for Lufthansa more than 32 years in various roles in the IT. So his engagement at Lufthansa encompassed being a Mainframe Enterprise Architect as well as a Process Owner for the ITIL Availability Process, among others. Additionally he is certified PRINCE 2 Practioner and holds an ITIL Foundation certificate.

Mr. Legenbauer coordinates at zBusiness Services GmbH & Co.KG projects and is responsible for projects and their optimization.

​Martin Lonkwitz - Chief Technical Officer

Bild Martin LonkwitzMister Lonkwitz has been working in the IT since 1992 and has a very great technical experience and a lot of background Know-How about intern processes in operation systems and storage environments. He got this state of knowledge in countless local and over sea projects mainly in banks and in the flight industry. Another interest from Mister Lonkwitz is the analysis of new technologies in soft- or hardware. We are happy to have Mister Lonkwitz on our side. He has the best qualifications to give us an important input for our company as a CTO. He leads the field engineering and strategic development.

The critical market observation in the systemz environment or open systems is: clients in the field of computing center and enterprise computing don’t need any highly polished foil but rather realistic evaluations under strict technical- and economic observation.

Enrico Rammo - Managing Director Sales EMEA

Foto Enrico RammoEnrico Rammo has over 30 years of marketing know-how in the information technology focused on infrastructure- application software and services. Since 1990 he has been busy with the mainframe platform. Until 1995 he had been business unit manager at Goal systems/ legent (CA technologies today) and worked really close with IBM Germany in that position acting within Remarketing- and Support Agreements.

Other market- and management activities in mainframe were the market from managed mainframe outsourcing services for Lufthansa systems, the market from products and services for the optimization and automating of z/OS batch surroundings (JCL tools and IBM Tivoli workload scheduler services) for diversified software (today ASG).
